According to Abu Dhabi Municipality’s new rules and regulations all the owners have to register their properties with ADM and get the Title Deeds, in the same context all the landlords are required to have a Property Management agreement in order to lease out or sell their properties.

حسب قواعد و قوانين بلدية أبوظبي الجديدة, علي جميع ملاك العقارات الموجوده في أبوظي, التوجه لتسجيل عقاراتهم ببلدية أبوظبي و أستخراج سند الملكية من البلدية. في نفس السياق , يلزم علي جميع الملاك تقديم عقد إداره عقار ليتسنى لهم تأجير أو بيع عقاراتهم.

Documents required to register your property at Abu Dhabi Municipality:
1. Registration/Enrolment Form
2. Applicant Emirates ID
3. Copy of the owner Emirates ID
4. Site plan
5. Building drawings
6. ADWEA meters details sheet
Registration Fees: AED 1000 (if the property is not mortgaged)
المستندات المطلوبة لتسجيل الممتلكات الخاصة بك في بلدية ابوظبي :
- نموذج التسجيل
- الهوية الامارت الاصلية ونسخة منها
- مخطط للعقار
- رسومات المبنى
- تفاصيل عن حساب الكهرباء والماء الخاص بالعقار
رسوم التسجيل: 1000 درهم ( ان لم يتم رهن العقار)
